First of all let me introduce myself my name is Liza Mucaj Sagawn. I am one of the Personal Trainer’s that works at Curves Knocklyon Studio located at Woodstown Village Shopping Centre, Ballycullen Road, Knocklyon, Dublin 16. I consider myself to be very lucky person, and not only do I have a job that I am passionate about, but I get to laugh have fun and train with the most amazing people all day long. I also have the pleasure to work in Curves Knocklyon and it is a well established studio for over 10 years in Knocklyon community, and yes when I’m not training clients, I get to teach Botocamps, Body Basic classes that I love with great banter, and loads of energetic music you - Burn up to 600 calories in just one class.

So you can see why I love my job. My main goal and focus is You whether you are taken part in one of our Body Basic Classes or attending one of your Gym Circuit Training sessions. My main ambition is getting you fit and healthy and helping you to reach and, achieve your fitness goals with the help, and support of me (Liza) or one of my lovely Curves Complete Coaches.

Circuit Training are conducted in a fully equipped Studio on the Ballycullen Road, Knocklyon, Dublin 16. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, improve your strength, flexibility, get fit, train for a race or improve your sporting performance I will be there to ensure you can achieve your goals.

My initial consultation and training session is free, where we’ll discuss your diet, give you a realistic food plan to follow and go through your goals and how to reach them. I’ll then assess your strengths and weaknesses and take some measurements (only if you’re ok with that).

You’ll discover everything you need to know to reach your health and exercise goals. Unlike most other Gyms or Personal Trainers, I’ve personally experienced a radical body and lifestyle change, losing over 4 stone and changing from a sedimentary lifestyle to full life of activity that I enjoy. I love the buzz of taken part in classes especially in our fantastic in gym, and meeting and, helping amazing people every day. I personally have the pleasure to train my clients and with hard work and dedication I help them reach, and maintain their fitness goals.

I love being a Personal Trainer and I am passionate at working hard with all my clients, helping them to reach their fitness goals and effectively.
