My name is linda Lynch and run and am actively involved daily in my preschool in clare.
• We provide a high quality childcare service to children between the ages of 2 to 5 where we are operating 3 groups according to the childrens ages,Toddler,playschool and preschool.

• I have 7 years of hands on experience working with children from 2 to 5 years. My experience to date and degree in Early childhood studies from UCC has formed the basis of the high quality care and education I provide.

• I have extensive experience of working with children with special educational needs. This includes working closely with children with learning difficulties and other special needs which I will not disclose on this site. Every child develops at their own pace in a well organised stimulating environment. We are open to implementing strategies and techniques that promote each individual child’s learning and development.

• Cultural diversity is respected and valued in our curriculum/ preschool.

• Our service promotes a holistic child centered approach to learning and development

• We ensure that the children are offered a wide range of multi-sensory activities which will both stimulate and challenge their development.

• We provide a well prepared learning environment that promotes the holistic development of each individual child

• Our environment is organised in such a way that opportunities for learning and discovery are maximised

• The physical organisation of the indoor and outdoor allows for exploration and discovery which caters for every child’s interest.

• The environment is planned to meet the needs of each and every child

• We work in partnership with parents to promote their children’s learning and development. We promote ongoing and open communication with parents.
