A full time Traditional Japanese Shotokan Karate club in Limerick. As practiced and taught in Japan. All levels and ages catered for from the age of 5 years to adults. Ideal for self discipline, fitness, conditioning, self defense, sports, self confidence and a life long pursuit. Affiliated to JKS who are a leading Japanese karate organisation with proven heritage and world class instructors and competitors. As members we are afforded the opportunity to train with our senior Japanese instructors in the Honbu (HQ) Dojo in Japan, as well as training with them when they arrive in Ireland multiple times a year. Our approach to training here is very simple; give it your very best efforts. All welcome.
