My goal is to enrich the lives of all people by promoting the life-long benefits of swimming for safety, health , fitness and recreational enjoyment.

My vision is to bring about a reduction in the number of drowning events with quality instruction and to develop a lifelong love of Aquatic sports.

I cater for all abilities from total non swimmers (from the age of 3), up to children who have reached a competitive standard.

Swimming is an excellent form of low impact exercise with many health benefits including weight loss, muscle toning, and cardiorespiratory improvement. It’s also great fun.
