Korma has the following policy: Indian food needs no artificial colouring and as such carcinogenic food colourings are strictly forbidden from our kitchen. Our kitchens are fully HACCP compliant, we exceed the EU health and hygiene requirements throughout our business.
Meats and vegetables are sourced from HACCP compliant suppliers and have full traceability. All our meat is 100% Irish.
