Kilbeg Cottage is over 150 year's old and has been recently lovingly restored & is available to rent from May 1st 2017. Fully furnished the cottage comes with modern appliances: TV (cable), wifi, central heating, dish washer, well equipped kitchen, gas hob, double electric oven etc.
Less than a five minute walk is the village of Knightstown, local pubs, restaurants, shop, and the beautiful Glanleam beach & gardens. On rainy days relax by the wood burning stove or sit in the loft & enjoy views of the harbour, sea and mountains.
On Valentia you can enjoy many activities such as walking, hiking, bird-watching, cycling, swimming, fishing or partake in local sea sports, frequent the island's hostelry (bars, hotel, coffee-shops, restaurants) or simply kick back and enjoy the peace & tranquility Valentia offers.
Valentia Island is accessible via car ferry from Renard and also via bridge from the mainland at Portmagee.

PLEASE NOTE THE COTTAGE IS CLOSE TO THE ROAD AND NOT SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN.
