Having our own Farm and fully lincenced EU abattoir gives us full control over farm to fork traceability and enables us to hang our Beef for three weeks prior to sale . We have always been associated with superior quality with over 100 fresh Irish Beef,Lamb,Pork, Bacon& Poultry products on sale in our shop everyday.
