Kells Wholemeal is Ireland’s only miller producing traditionally stoneground wholemeals on a significant scale for the bakery trade. Another core component of its business is the manufacture of ingredient blends such as cake and bread mixes. The company supplies other products such as seeds, powders, malts and flakes, also for the trade. It is an indigenous family run company in the food and manufacturing sector.
