Hi and thank you for stopping by, my name is Michael Walsh, I’ve set up this page to help educate and inspire as many people as possible to take responsibility for their own Health and Wellbeing and help other do likewise.

The state of our health is a direct result of how we are Living, what we are Eating, Drinking and Thinking.

I was born into a family of 13 children, when our baby sister was only 5 months old my Dad passed away following a massive heart attack on 18th July 1973, I was only 12 years old. That’s 43 years without a father. We often ask the question, how could he have avoided death as he was a relatively young man, only 55 years old.

Bernie and I married on 27th April 1985 and Bernie’s mother passed away the following morning as a result of a short illness from breast cancer. Bernie and her siblings are now 32 years without their mother. We often ask the question, could she have avoided death as a relatively young women of 62 years of age.

Its remarkable that over 4 decades on, these questions remained unanswered, until now.

Its ironic that the year Bernie’s mother was born 1923 Dr. Otto Warburg discovered the real cause of cancer and he received the Nobel Prize for doing so the year my mother was born in 1931.
He investigated the metabolism of tumours and the respiration of cells, particularly cancer cells. Dr Warburg discovered cancer as having a low pH and thrives when acidity is present in the body. His research revealed cancer cannot survive in an oxygen and alkaline rich environment.

If Bernie’s mother and my father asked themselves these two simple questions and took corrective action they could still be alive today.
