Just Eden; Eden Hill Hostel 1989-2001 2.05

Eden Hill House itself was built in 1878 by a John Walsh who was the Local Branch Manager for the Bianconni Horse and Coach Transport system which operated in Ireland before the Rail/ Train system.
The House was bought by John Tiernan in March 1988 but had to await Planning Permission for a full year for change of use to a Hostel which they got in March 1989 and then they started renovations and opened for business on June Bank Holiday weekend in 1989 and He sold the Hostel and moved out on 14th December, 2001
