Jessica is a wife and homeschooling mom to 6 beautiful children. She has been a Wellness Advocate since 2013, is certified in the AromaTouch Technique and is also a certified TERRAFit coach! After a lengthy search and longing for an uplifting community where we can grow together in our holistic journey, Jessica created Just Determined as a means to do just that! After that, the Mom's Online Mastermind community for moms was created. This thriving community is open to stressed out moms who have children at home and are looking for what "balance" means to them!

Philip Dugas, spouse of Jessica Dugas, has been a force to be reckoned with in the sales industry for over 20 years. He currently is the new car Sales Manager at Lynch Toyota of Auburn in Auburn, Alabama. Philip has a passion to help motivated individuals up their sales-game while providing stellar customer service.

Clay, Sky, Nina, Marjean, Jazzlyn, and Lia are the children of Philip & Jessica Dugas and are actively involved in this business. Clay has added the dimension of fun to Just Determined by bringing his HD BlackSun Services to the mix, introducing entrepreneurs to the world of minecraft, anime, pixels and more. All the children have taken the reigns of the kids club inside the Diamond Membership of the Mom's Online Mastermind community.
