I have all ways enjoyed making and fixing jewellery. I have picked origami earrings in the hope of making a 1,000 origami cranes. There is an ancient Japanese legend, that if you compleat the task of making a thousand origami cranes will be granted a wish. The crane is a mystical creature and is believed to live for a thousand years. In the Japanese, Chinese and Korean culture, the crane represents good fortune and longevity. The Japanese refer to the crane as the “bird of happiness”.It has also become a symbol of hope and healing during challenging times.
