For over fifty years, JCI Cork has been serving the people of Cork, by organizing charity fundraisers, networking and training events. It is a completely voluntary organisation.

JCI Cork is proud to be hosting the JCI National Convention 2017 -taking place at the Clayton Cork City hotel on 13/14/15 October 2017.

It is part of an international organisation aimed at attracting members aged 18-40 focusing on leadership, entrepreneurship and active citizenship. The organisation has a strong focus on developing young leaders by involving them in the running of many worthwhile projects, which add to and enhance community life in Cork.

Who are JCI Cork members?

Our members come from all walks of life. Some are in business, others are lawyers, accountants or working in recruitment. We have also had social workers, teachers, life coaches and designers among our membership.

There is only one pre-requisite to becoming a member of JCI Cork โ€“ The enthusiasm to improve!

What type of work does JCI Cork do?

JCI Cork is a member of Cork Chamber, and has strong links across the voluntary and business communities across the city.

Some of its most successful projects in recent years include:

- Ten Outstanding Young Persons Awards (with JCI Cork having two world winners in recent years - Joanne O'Riordan in 2015 and Ciara Judge in 2016)
