We are a small artisan food producer producing mainly pasties which are locally produced Steak peices mixed with, Potato, Swede, and Onion seasoned to a traditional family recipe and wrapped in a homemade shortcrust pastry case.
We then freeze them and supply to hot food counters cafes and the general public.
