Hi I embarked on the Paleo Diet on 18th July 2011. Since then I feel great and have taken on the diet as a lifestyle for the past 3 years.
Goodbye cravings, bloating and overeating, hello flat stomach, 12lb weight loss and 6 inches loss around tummy and thighs.
I am roughly 90% Paleo at this point but I am learning all the time and hoping to reach 100% some day. If you slip up just forget it and move on.
UPDATE: 2nd September 2011 - Just under 7 weeks of Paleo and I have already dropped a jean size! So happy! :)
UPDATE: 03 February 2012 - Over 6 months on Paleo and loving it. Lost a total of 6 inches of my waist and over 15 lbs in weight. I feel great!
Recently started a Nutritional Therapy course in order to make this a career. Exciting times ahead!
