Inner Balance Holistic Centre was opened in 2012 in Co Limerick. Owned and managed by Amy O Mara. Amy is a holistic health coach and has been working and teaching in the holistic field since 2011.

Amy has qualified in many different modalities including Anatomy & Physiology, Indian Head Massage, Reiki Master Level, Bodytalk, Hopi Ear Candle Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology and Fertility boosting reflexology. Among these therapies Amy attends numerous Health & Wellness courses each year and is a regular speaker at national and international corporate events.

Due to Amy's personal Fertility Journey; she is passionate about helping other woman to improve their overall hormonal health in a natural way. By combining therapies such as reflexology, mindset coaching and nutritional advice; she has been able to help many woman improve their overall Health and Wellness and assist them on their personal Fertility Journey. Whether it be in a natural way or assisting the medical route like IVF.

The work and therapy provided here at Inner Balance helps people to re-store their Mind, Body and Spirit. Whether you are stressed, suffering from emotional/mental imbalances or have physical symptoms; we can help assist you to improve them.
