I am delighted to announce I am now also starting Group Meditation Sessions @ Yogilibrium yoga studio in Hynd's Square, Portlaoise from this Monday the 11th of May from 8pm-9pm- 10 euro per class. No experience needed; no booking required, welcome to just show up- I suggest you wear warm comfortable clothes.

Guided Meditation is a way of relaxing and connecting with our inner selves; the inner part of use that connects to the life force energy that is constantly coursing through our bodies. When we are in the present moment (mindful) and we focus our mind on this moment (there are several ways to do this), this has been proven to allow our bodies to undergo a lot of self-healing. Our bodies can then release low vibrational emotions, stresses and energy blockages can be resolved and bring us back into a state of balance. We don’t need to totally understand the magical things are bodies can do; our aim is to just focus our minds in “the moment”, relax and allow all this to just happen.

Inner Balance style Meditations
The goal of this style of guided mediation is to allow you and your physical body a chance to go deeper and deeper into total physical relaxation; while your mind stays alert, sensing, noticing everything in this present moment. your only goal is to stay completely focused on my voice; on every word I say throughout this entire meditation; noticing any sensations that occur from each instruction; staying awake and alert while your physical body lets go and relaxes deeply.

Mindfulness;
By keeping your mind alert, focused in the right now, focused on your breath, focused on my voice- you are creating a perfect space and opportunity for your body to go into self-healing mode. your bodies inner wisdom and the self-healing part of you; gets the chance to be uninterrupted my your critical or logical mind. Your physical body and the life force energy can then just get on with the task of bringing your body back into a state of inner balance and wellness in profound, invisible, natural ways.
