1. We reserve the right to run competitions as we see fit, unbiased and open to the public.

2. The rules of competitions may differ as to the type of competition but the final say is reserved to the IMC Group.

3. We don't accept bribes or any other form of contact with us to gain advantage in our competitions.All competition entries are to be on our public wall, on the post in question. We do not accept private entries via PM, email or other forms of contact.

4. There is a high volume of traffic on our page and for this reason we take screenshots at the end of competitions to serve as proof - our photo based evidence is the final decision as with delays and Internet parameters anything else leads to confusion.

5. We reserve the right to remove abusive comments or profanity posted to our page, this will not be tolerated. All winners are picked at random. You may need to collect your prize at your local IMC. Usual Facebook Terms & Conditions apply to all our competitions, and additional T&Cs may apply to the prizes, especially complimentary tickets (see below). These will be stated on the tickets themselves and/or included with them.

6. Prizes will be held for a duration of 2 weeks after the competition closes. Unclaimed prizes may be donated to a local charity of our choice or distributed in another manner as we see fit.

7. 'Win IMC Cinema Tickets for a Year' competition prize is as follows : 12 x complimentary ticket vouchers for you and a friend to use (one per month for a year). Rules of complimentary tickets are as follows - Reedeemable in IMC Cinemas only. Standard Film Classification rules apply, ID may be required for proof of age. Valid fr 1 visit only, please present Complimentary Ticket at Box Office (or Shop Counter). Not valid for Free List Suspended (FLS) films. Not valid for premium screenings/seating, opera, live events or gaming. Subject to queue, age restrictions & seat availability. Additional 3D Charge Applies.
