My name is Aisling Killoran and I have the pleasure of taking over 1500 couples through hypnobirthing Classes and childbirth education programmes for over 13 years using relaxation techniques, breathing methods, guided imagery, self-hypnosis and personal empowerment methods that build’s your confidence and inner strength.
