Home Care Group 3.09

Home Care Group is a unique organisation. Our hand picked teams can provide quality advanced care in your home. We operate using a Person Centered approach through our services developed by international experts in this method. The people who use our service are our partners in developing the best quality care therefore the service provided is relevant to the service user. Due to a growing need for high quality care, our team formed together to support this program. We know that youth with disabilities are the most vulnerable. Knowing this, we offer a service with social and recreational activities at its core. We are currently working with our international partners who specialise in person centered planning and rehabilitation to support the service being delivered locally. We are working with our home grown expert training partners to continue to develop and deliver excellent clinical governance in the home to enable peace of mind for our service users. Combined we are developing and delivering a new and exciting service.
