Qualified waiting staff enhance the event.
All ingredients used are of the highest quality, sourced locally and organic if it’s the best available. I source all Beef, Poultry and Lamb in Co. Wicklow. Venison and Game is also available locally. Fish is delivered from Howth, having been caught in the Irish Sea.

Your special event menu will be your creation, guided by my experience, thus producing a unique menu to delight the eye and the taste buds!
Having been in the catering industry for over 15 years, in Ireland and abroad, I have worked alongside the finest, including Michelin starred chefs.
