Living in sheltered housing allows you to maximise your independence and continue to live an active and fulfilling life as you grow older knowing that support is always available 24/7, 365 days a year. Many of our residents have a varied and stimulating lifestyle with the choice of either mixing with other people of a similar age or spending time privately in their own home.

Who can apply?

Applicants for sheltered housing must normally be single or a couple 60 years and above. Applicants should be able to live independently with a low to medium level of assistance, have a housing need and have support needs that cannot be met in their current home.
