John has worked over 9 years in the kitchen of a hotel certified “Organic” in Macreddin village CO. Wicklow. He also worked in the kitchen in star hotels in India and Malaysia at various positions.

There's no doubt that food makes the event. So Food safety and hygiene is of paramount importance to us. Grannies Kitchen built the state of the art kitchen as per HACCP guidelines to ensure handling, preparation and delivery of quality and hygiene food.

All our ingredients are sourced in Ireland to support local business as we are supported by our local customers…Most of our foods are celiac friendly…We do not add any preservatives, additives or M.S.G in our foods.
