Out of a frustration with the poor quality of imported mass-produced garlic I wondered how difficult it is to grow good quality real garlic. After three or four growing seasons’ experiments with various varieties I have established which types thrive in the Irish climate. My family and I have been enjoying the fruits of my labours for these years but now I have decided to take the plunge and increase the scale so as to share this amazing produce.

My mission is to grow top quality home produced gourmet garlic in the fertile soils of Clonmeen, Co.Laois.
