Glenmore Organic Farm 2.48

We, Christine and Séamus Hyland, run our organic farm in the beautiful Blackwater valley between Lismore and Ballyduff. We have farmed organically since 1998, and we produce beef, lamb and eggs. We have a suckler herd to produce grass fed beef. A small sheep flock provides us with lamb which like the beef is available at Dungarvan Farmers' Market every Thursday and Lismore Farmers' Market on Sundays. Also on the market stall is honey from our bees on the farm, lemon curd and Glenmore Organics eggs. We have 4 hen houses with 120 hens in each. Every day the hens can't wait to get outside to forage and scratch about in their paddocks.
