Founded in 2003, GRM developed facilities within Damastown Business Park which were constructed by our sister company Glenbeigh Construction to the highest standards for advanced records management. Since our inception we have continually developed our service offering by investing in our infrastructure, security, our people and leading technology. We differentiate our service offering through our flexibility as all our services can be tailored to be meet the needs of individual clients.

We are committed to providing a highly secure, quality driven service to all our clients that ensures customer satisfaction and peace of mind. Evidence of our commitment to adhering to strict quality control measures and security procedures is provided by our accreditation with the globally recognised ISO 9001:2008 standard for our Quality Management System and more recently ISO 27001:2013 for our Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Our desire to continually develop our service offering led to the establishment of a full service scanning bureau, which is located within our secure facility. This division of our business has grown significantly over the years and we are now one of the largest providers of digitisation services in Ireland.

In 2014 we expanded our operations into the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with the official opening of a specially designed records management facility located within Dubai World Central (DWC). Operating from this facility we service clients throughout the UAE with our comprehensive range of records management and digitisation services.

Today we currently employ over 200 people who service over 700 clients from our highly secure state-of-the-art facilities. These clients range from small businesses to large organisations in private sectors which include healthcare and pharmaceutical; financial services and investments; insurance and legal; telecommunications and computing; manufacturing and construction; as well as Government bodies within the public sector.
