GDR Developments was founded in 2004 around a basic principle; excellence, and founder Gerard Regan made “Excellence in Construction” his mission, and it is still this core philosophy around which the business revolves today, over 10 years later.

Early contracts reflected socio-economic changes in a developing Ireland, and included a wide range of high quality building and civil engineering projects for a wide range of clients across all sectors.

Examples of these include Public and private Housing projects in Mayo, Roscommon, Galway, Commercial units and Service Stations nationwide.

GDR Developments operates a Civil Engineering Department and has worked on projects such as Ballaghaderreen Bypass {Main Drainage Scheme}, Service Station Forecourts and public footpaths.

Our philosophy is the pursuit of ‘Excellence in Construction’, and this forms the heart of our commitment to our clients and construction partners. To this end, we consistently monitor and improve our Health & Safety systems. We constantly incorporate the principles of sustainable construction into our work places.

Today, GDR Developments is committed to the philosophy instilled by the founder’s 11 years ago, to continue to provide “Excellence in Construction" to all our construction partners.
