Gaye is a Consultant Nutritionist with a specialised Masters in Public Health Nutrition from UCD. She provides one to one tailored Nutritional Intervention. She works with her Clients to identify foods & nutrients which may be lacking in their diet. Her services is to encourage & support her Clients implement dietary & lifestyle changes. She works with them to find ways to improve chronic illness or prevent illness & disease. She also works with Corporates is engaged to give Nutritional talks at staff training days & lunchtimes. She has spoken at many major Irish Health events such as the "over 50's show" in the RDS. The launch of Baby VitD3 with Junior Minister for Health on behalf of Shield Health. She is also a regular speaker at GIY Ireland events. She spoke at the "Bloom" food & garden festival in the Phoenix Park.
