Gym is located in Whitehall,Castlepollard.
Personal training available.
€35 per 1 hour session.
*Session lasts 1 hour and includes, Nutrional assesment, movement assesment,photos taken, weigh in,measurements taken, goal setting,strength workout and conditioning workout*.

Equipment used include TRX suspension training, kettlebells,dumbells, battle ropes, cable equipment.
I am also available for once off nutrional consultation, €35 per session.
I also will come to your workplace/home for nutrion/workout session. Price can be negotiated depending on number of people/staff.
