My Name is Michael Brazil from Harristown, Piltown, Co.Kilkenny.
In August of 2013 I was like many others made redundant from my job of 10 years. With the recession hitting hard and very limited jobs, I decided I had to take on a challenge and start up my own business, something I always wanted to do. I always had a passion for sales and am very much a people person. So I saw an opening in the market and decided to set up my own Frozen Food Business. With a lot of help and support from Family and Friends I got it underway, selling frozen food throughout the south East. With the Celtic Tiger being a thing of the past my aim is customer satisfaction delivering food at very reasonable prices and at quantities they require, to gain and retain customers by delivering quality frozen food at value for money.
In my business there is no order to big or two small. I cater for all my customers’ needs and will deliver quality food and service straight to your door.

I buy all my frozen food products from Irish owned company’s and support local Irish business. I am always looking for the right products new and innovative ideas to keep the food I sell to my customers new and exciting. And just like my customers I care about where my food comes from and how it’s been produced. That’s why I offer complete tractability on all my products from supplier to your plate.

Every product in my range has been chosen with my customers in mind, making sure I deliver quality and taste with every bite you have. I will always make sure that I will do everything that I can to make my relationship with my customers as easy and straightforward and rewarding as possible.
