I am a registered trainer with The National Hygiene Partnership and The Environmental Health Association of Ireland.A variety of food safety related courses will be run through out the year.Food related allergens,HACCP compliance, menu control,staff training in food safety and good personal hygiene can be delivered to small or large groups either onsite or at one of our public courses.
