Tom Flood, Company Director, founded Flood Ironworks in the year of 2000 and has successfully grown from strength to strength with recently being awarded a CE Marking in August 2015.
Flood Ironworks originally started off at creating bespoke gates and staircases. While this is no longer our core work we still enjoy the challenge of creating specialist pieces for our loyal and discerning customers.
Specialising in mild steel, stainless steel, architectural ironworks, structural steel platforms, walkways, ladders and stairways.
We have also specialised in clean room fit outs for well renowned companies such as; MSD Rathdrum, Helsinn Birex, JP Construction, Mythen Construction and Rottapharm. This has included stainless steel cladding, bump rails and platforms.
At our base in Clonroche we have a 3000sqr ft carbon steel workshop and a 1500sqr ft stainless steel workshop.
Some of our recent projects we have worked on are Wexford Library in Wexford Town, Turlough Hill Power Station, Elanco in Sligo, MSD in Rathdrum and the newly erected New Ross public swimming pool.
Although based in the south east we have carried out extensive work all over Ireland and as far away as Lucerne in Switzerland, where we worked on the new MSD HQ.
