Welcome to Fit2run Running Team. You will be coached by a veteran of 48th Marathons ( 26.2 miles ) and 2 Ironman Triathlons (140.6 miles ) to FIRST build a fitness foundation ( Mobility, Strength and Conditioning ) to then venture into your first small or bigger race, depending on your level. I'll advice you on NEW running footwear,running gear and nutrition to make you a better runner.
