The Amber Springs Italian Garden restaurant is called “Farina”. It is beautifully designed Italian garden restaurant with a wood fired oven imported from Naples.

You will find Farina in the heart of the Amber Springs Hotel garden which is ideal for al fresco dining.

Farina Pizzas are made from slow rising sour dough & baked in an artisan Italian wood fire oven, which creates an intense heat of up to 750c. The doughs become alive and blast of heat produces a locked in flavour & authentic crust. Farina pizzas are hand thrown & their individuality create a rustic & real pizza experience topped with fresh local ingredients.
