Ruth Kelly Ph.D. became interested in energy healing during a period of ill health in her early 20s. The medical community couldn’t identify the source of the problem and as a last resort Ruth agreed to see an energy healer in County Cork. The entire process felt surreal but also uplifting and incredibly healing. It was also life changing. Ruth’s medical issues quickly resolved themselves and she began studying energy medicine in the forms of Reiki and Bio-energy healing. As part of her continued interest in health and wellbeing, Ruth is currently studying advanced diplomas in Nutrition and Weight Management, Emotional Freedom Techniques (or Tapping) and Stress Management.
