Energy: Pure Health and Fitness is a newly established gym in Thurles, Co.Tipperary. Our gym is owned and run by Strength and Conditioning Coach, Tommy Ryan.

Here at Energy: Pure Health and Fitness we provide a variety of classes accommodating for the individual, athletes and sports teams. Kids and teen classes are also available. Some of our classes include;

Beginner's Strength and Conditioning
Power Session
We also offer Open Gym hours, which are supervised by a qualified coach at all times and Personal Training sessions are also available to book.

We also provide Free Parking facilities.
