Let me introduce my self, my name is Eleanor , I am a busy Mum of four wonderful little boys.

With over ten years experience in the leisure industry & holistic treatments it was only natural for me to combine leisure and parenthood hence the Elm Studio was born.

Here at Elm Studio I am passionate about informing people regarding their choices for childbirth. I do this through Pregnancy Yoga & Hypnobirthing.

To be informed,to be educated & to make the right decisions for you and you baby at the most memorable event in your life.

I teach pregnancy yoga here on sit6e in Elm Studio and also in Portlaoise & Portarlingtion.

I know first first hand the importance of social interaction after having your baby so it was just natural for me to teach Mum & Baby Yoga too.

Nine months can be a long time to nurture your baby and some times you need little treats and pick me ups to sync your body. Holistic treatments like reflexology and pregnancy massage can be fabulous as its the touch you are longing for as well as the added benefits of calming and redirection all those hormones.
