We are an Independent organisation that specialises in Youth Development. Our vision is to be able to provide Irish kids with the same opportunities as their English and European counterparts. This will be done through our 5 sections, Little Dribblers U4's and U5's, Infants Academy U6's and U7's, Junior 1 U8's and U9's, Junior 2 U10's, U11's and U12's, Seniors U13's to U16's. We strive to offer our players a safe environment where the emphasis is on developing the person as well as the player. An environment where development is our primary objective and winning is the result of that. Where confidence is developed due to appropriate learning stages and positive language.

We have put together a comprehensive Development Programme that has been designed based on best European Practice. We are adopting Training Methods and Philosophes from Europe's leading countries in Youth Development. This combined with the Irish enthusiasm and commitment is a recipe for success when it comes to producing the Players of the future.

All our coaches have been specially selected based on their ideology towards the game, how it should be thought to young players, their Coaching and Playing Experience, and their Qualifications. They all have strong opinions on Youth Development and have made efforts to expand their coaching education beyond Ireland.

We position our Coaches in the areas of the Development Programme that suits them best, based on their coaching strengths, experience, and personalities. This is to ensure that the coaching curriculum is delivered by the coaches best placed to do so.

We strive to give every player that joins EPA the best opportunity to reach their potential. To go on playing the game they love at their appropriate level for many years to come. We teach our players valuable life lessons, which will help them achieve in all aspects of their lives. We have many pathways for our Players to take at the end of their Football education with us, and we will provide support and advise on what is best for each individual Player.

We have a moral obligation to all our Players and treat this responsibility with great importance.


All Junior 2 and Senior Players will be assessed based on the Three A's, Ability, Attitude, and Application. The Three A's are critical when it comes to selecting the Players that will benefit most from the intensive Development Programme
