Elite Fitness and Personal Training 3.12

I'm a qualified person trainer, group fitness instructor and Insanity live coach. And I'm Pre and Post natal trained! I'm also a mum! And I get it!
Getting out to classes or the gym can be tough going with kids and childcare. That's why I've organised my classes and personal training so that you can bring your little ones with you. I also provide personal training in your own home or the local park of you prefer that to a gym.
The gym I use is a small personal gym so no big commercial packed to the brim gym which can be quite intimidating!
My classes suit all fitness levels, all shapes, and all sizes (and genders!).
