We do not use machines in any way, we train for functional movement using full body lifts. We have seen great results from our programs and training regimes from many of out clients,

Now after moving to a bigger facility in Deansgrange Business Park, we will be able to facilitate bigger groups and a better atmosphere all round to train in.
