Education DESTY® Ltd (Developing Exceptional Strengths and Talents in You) is a software development and online training company founded by Educational Psychologist & CEO, Stephanie O’Malley. She has delivered training and workshops to a variety of organisations including Trinity College, University of Colorado, UCD, NCAD, HSE and Department of Education and national parent groups The main focus of her work are in the areas of Solution-focused Thinking and Social and Emotional Wellbeing. The team at Desty have developed an attachment-based Social and Emotional Wellbeing software programme for children which is being rolled out in the UK this September.
