Since my early days of working in my parents Farmhouse B&B in Wicklow, I have always been passionate about hospitality and customer service. Now, with 15 years (and a bit!) experience behind me working for international brands, SMEs and semi-state bodies, its still helping tourism, hospitality and food businesses to grow that gets me motivated on a cold February morning!

With the world around us turning digital, it was important for me to upskill myself and I recently became one of a small number of people here in Ireland qualified as a Master of Digital Marketing. This builds on my undergraduate degree in Tourism Marketing. I have also a Certificate in Data Protection in a Digital Age (Law Society of Ireland) and Google Analytics Individual Certification.

However, working with small and medium enterprise and the experience of solving real life business and marketing challenges, has allowed me to develop a series of options to help everyday problems for many clients.
