The aim is:

- to learn to see, appreciate and respect the unique and beauty of nature, in a forest, beside a river, on a mountain
or at the sea.
- to learn to maintain, preserve, keep clean and protect nature and it’s various habitats.
- to learn how to work and make a living in such a beautiful environment without destroying it.

After attending the ECO-Camp, you will look at nature with a changed attitude.

County Donegal, at the northwest edge of Ireland, is one of the most beautiful and untouched areas of Ireland.
In this special environment, with a traditional countryside lifestyle, there are still many rare plants, birds and other wildlife roaming the vast, from humans unoccupied, mountains, hills, forests and valleys.

This Camp-/Work-Holiday is the ideal setup to bring young, teenage individuals and groups of people, who already
developed a love to nature and the outdoors, closer and to a more realistic view and impression of
“working with nature”.
It is a mix between a camp holiday, outdoor adventure, activities and real practical doing.

At weekdays you will work half a day in a forest or on the organic farm or out in the wilderness of a
SAC(special area of conservation), protected by EU-legislation.
- Sustainable forest management
- Planting and harvesting trees
- Repair and erect fences
- Maintain waterways, drains, stone didges and paths
- Gathering litter
- Attending livestock, saving Hay, etc

The second half of the day is available for different type of outdoor activities:
- Bow and arrow
- Airsoft
- Tribal Life
- Berries and mushroom wild harvest
- Introduction to fresh water fishing
- Introduction to hunting
- Beach walking and combing
- Hill walking
- Mountain climbing
- Wildlife watch
- Campfire, music, songs and plays
- Cooking at the Campfire


The ECO-Camp program runs from Sunday to Sunday, 8 days.
Minimum participants 6 teenagers, maximum 10 teenagers.
Price includes full Board and Lodging in a tribal tent.
Total Price per Teenager: 270 €
