Creative Meditation Classes; Mondays 8:15pm at Dundalk Yoga Collective, Rear of Williamson Mall, Entrance via Ramparts.

Using different types of meditation techniques with elements from our Celtic Spirituality, be guided through meditation to learn about how you can bring about inner peace, reduce stress and find balance in life.

4 Week facilitated workshop starting Wednesday 18th November - Exploring The Power of Now, based on Eckhart Tolle book. Workshop is suitable for adults wishing to explore Spirituality, Psychology and life experiences using resources inspired by The Power of Now.
