To date the Fit Club have been involved with a group of people that collectively have lost a massive 9st+ and an astounding Abdominal loss of total 55 inches (2.5 inches per person)
Hips total loss 42.5 inches (2 inches per person) these losses are not alone as a result of the huge effort by group members, but can also by attributed to the Structured plans in place of the very simple format of Body weight Circuit training, to the beat of some very carefully chosen High Tempo Music.
