Dress for Success' mission is to promote the economic independence of women by providing career development tools and a support network.

We provide free career development tools such as:
-Professional clothing and styling advance in advance of your job interview;
-Interview preparation sessions with experienced HR professionals;
-Sector-specific educational workshops; and
-Mentoring programmes.

Along with our services, we offer clients the opportunity to join a network providing peer support and ongoing career development opportunities.

Since we were established, we have supported over 1,500 women with the clothes, skills and development opportunities they needed to secure employment and achieve success.
