Community-based clinical psychology support for children, adolescents and parents. Individual or group support for young people and parents experiencing difficulties with emotions, behaviour or relationships.

The kind of concerns I can help parents with include:
- Parenting advice and support to help you to feel more confident in
your ability to understand and manage your child's behaviour and
to support them in their emotional and social development. This
support is available on an individual or group basis.
- Support with the transition to parenthood, and the feelings
associated with this change
- Difficult relationships between you and your child, like arguing a
lot of the time, feeling too distant or too close, experiencing
negative feelings towards your child, finding it hard to enjoy
spending time with you child, or difficulty in setting limits
- Disagreements between you and your partner or other family
members about parenting
- Family worries following illness, bereavement or other issues
affecting the family
- Changes at home or at school which may be affecting your child’s
emotions and behaviour
- Behaviour management: Sleep problems, tantrums, fussy eating,
aggressive behaviour, toilet-training, relationships with siblings
and peers.

I can help children and teenagers with things like:
- Fear, unhappiness, depression, anger, anxiety and other difficult
feelings
- Being withdrawn, being aggressive, taking risks and other difficult
behaviour
- Bullying
- Coping with Parental illness or health problems
- Family changes (e.g. Parental or family separation, new baby,
parent remarrying)
- Bereavement
- Relationships with family, friends or teachers
- Coping with life transitions and stresses (e.g. new school, exams,
moving home)
- School difficulties (school refusal, truancy)
