The Team Strength & Conditioning Zone is without a doubt one of the best in the country. The design is based on what you would see used by professional teams all over Europe. We invite teams to book the zone to train in these extremely modern facilities.

The indoor sports pitches are available to local sports teams, clubs and public for recreational use as well as catering for fun and active children's birthday parties.

DKIT Sport offer a full timetable of group exercise classes to choose from including Indoor Cycling, TRX, Kettlebells and more.
