Welcome to the world of Reflexology!

Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the principle that all systems of the body are mapped through reflex points on the feet, and hands. Stimulation of these points helps to open the natural energy pathways of your body used to nourish and heal itself. Reflexes that appear "gritty" or tender indicate a congestion in the corresponding area of the body.

During a reflexology treatment stress patterns are interrupted and a state of deep relaxation is created to help bring balance to the body.

I have completed a Diploma in Reflexology (including Anatomy and Physiology).
I am a Registered Reflexology practitioner and Member of the National Register of Reflexologists Ireland (MNRRI).
