Our Values

Darren Lee’s Butchers is a family run shop with traditional values. We focus on providing high-quality, local produce along with reasonable prices and excellent customer service.
We strive to meet the demands of every customer. We provide traditional cuts along with modern products that offer a contemporary edge. We combine traditional butchery with modern flavours.
We feel strongly that all animals should live happy lives. All of our produce is sourced from farms that treat their stock with care, ensuring that welfare standards are met at all times.

We aim to provide all of our customers with a traditional butchery service within the comfort of their own home. Our online shop will be open soon…. Watch this space!
We dabble in blogging, Facebooking but don't let it take up too much of our time. The majority of our time is spent preparing our meat and serving our customers.
All of our product photos are taken in-house. They are realistic rather than glammed up. We don't hire a professional photographer, allowing us to keep product prices lower.
